Sign up for a new library card and get one free entry to win a $15 gift card to a local restaurant. Applicants must visit the Fairview Library to apply for a library card. For new Fairview Library card applicants only. The winner will be chosen at random. This is a free prize drawing, not a raffle.
To apply for a library card, you must present a photo identification of one of the following:
- Driver’s License
- NJ State ID
- Passport, or
- Consulate ID
If your Identification does not have a photo or it does not list a Fairview address, a secondary form of proof of residency will be required.
Secondary documents include:
- Rental agreement
- Mortgage
- Utility bill, such as electric or water
- Notarized letter by landlord confirming address
- Letter from a Government Office, Borough of Fairview or Fairview Board of Education
For applicants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present to provide consent and must also present a valid ID.
