The Fairview Library (FFPL) is a public resource funded by Fairview taxpayers that offers residents free access to books, magazines, research tools, workshops, and more.
Library cards are free of charge and available to Fairview residents, with a valid form of identification.
DIRECTIONS
Complete the form, print clearly, and return it to the Fairview Library. To be issued a library card, an Adult must present a valid form of identification (ID) that is current and unexpired. Accepted IDs include: Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, or Rental Agreement.
